In Which the Pirate Spins in the Evening.

So I didn’t spin last night whilst watching the Rangers lose – but I did get to the wheel tonight before dinner. I put on some good music and put my phone where I couldn’t easily reach it (lest I be tempted). In three concentrated sessions, taking a few breaks to stretch and change the music, I spun up the second half of the rust-and-cream.

The fibre is a 50/50 merino/tencel blend in the “Burnt Amber” from Bonkers Originals that I bought last year at MDSW. It drafted smoothly and has a beautiful sheen to it. Now the singles get to rest for a day or three, and I can ply them!
